WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT?

Week 1: Introduction to GCLI
Week 2: Personal Leadership and Influence
Week 3: Organizational Leadership
Week 4: Community Leadership

(Commitment – Approximately 5 Hours Per Week)

Session 2: Webinar Weeks live and interactive
February 9, 11, 13, 17, & 19 (2026)

Week 1: Monday | Wednesday | Friday
Week 2: Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday

(Commitment – Approximately 8 Hours Total)
(Daily Commitment 60 - 90 minutes)

Session 3: In-Person Intensive, Boise, ID
March 1 - 4 (2026)       

Fly In: Sunday, March 1 - Institute Starts 5pm – 8:00pm
In Person: March 2 - 4 - Institute Ends 8:00pm
Fly Out: Thursday, March 5

2026 overview

curriculum & cost

tuition for the full three month cohort experience - $1,800

The Institute curriculum is designed around a three-dimensional leadership model comprised of: Individual, Organizational, and Society/Community domains. The Institute focuses on three tangible outcomes: (1) Expanding Personal Leadership Influence and Competencies; (2) Increasing Organizational Leadership Impact; (3) Growing Community Leadership Capacity.

Tuition for the full three-month cohort experience is $1,800. Attendees are responsible for their travel and lodging costs for the in person educational session. This investment includes comprehensive educational content, interactive learning modules, webinars, and a valuable in-person session. Previous in-person sessions have been held in Corvallis, OR, and Knoxville, TN, and the upcoming session will be in Boise, ID. Participants gain access to a robust network of professionals, long-term mentoring, and opportunities to advance into higher-level leadership positions. Alumni report significant career growth and enhanced leadership capabilities, making this an invaluable experience for mid to upper-level managers.
